What is God? The trite answers—“God is love” or “God is good”—abound. But the reality is that God IS a lot of things, including “undefinable.” And that got us thinking: What is God NOT?
1. God is not a genie in a magic lamp.
2. God is not comprehensible.
3. God is not like grandpa, always ready with hugs and candy.
4. God does not exclude.
5. God does not worry that I like bacon.
List five things God is NOT.

1. God is not ruining your life
2. God does not kill people randomly
3. God is not going to wait around forever
4. God is not going to let you breeze through life
5. God is not looking for you to point out the wrong in others, He can see it already.
1. God is not humorless.
2. God is not giving up.
3. God is not racist.
4. God is not offended by dancing.
5. God is not predictable.
God is not me. (Like I would have liked to think in my olden days)
God is not waiting for me to change.
God is not amused with my sarcasm, well sometimes...
God is not worried with how my prayers sound just that I pray.
God is not pulling puppet strings...

2. God is not spiteful.
3. God is not looking forward to meeting Larry the Cable Guy, he will live a long time.
4. God is not doing yoga at the moment, but check back later and he may be.
5. God is not interested in your excuses... nor does he care that you're late for work.
God is not something people will all agree upon.
God is not seeking to find your faults.
God does not belong to anyone.
God is not leaving.
God is not going to stop loving you just because you don't love him.

God is jealous and proud of it
God only loves us if we completely follow him blindly and segregate none believers
God is not judgemental
God is not humorless
God does not control us like puppets
God does not sentence people to eternal damnation (or any other form of it)
God is not perfect
1. God does not hate people or things.
2. God did not write the bible.
3. God doesn't have the personalities or physical characteristics of humans.
4. God is spiritual.
5. God doesn't care about the decisions that you made in the past, but cares about the ones that you are making right now.
